1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application or service provided by Epiccounty ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Epiccounty provides software applications including but not limited to Wavexa, Coloraum, collet, alcove, ai-ir, obsidian-forge, and AgentGuard (collectively, the "Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

Some Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
  • Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Epiccounty or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Open-source components are subject to their respective licenses as specified in each project's repository.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Services may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the respective platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EPICCOUNTY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the application or email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
